　　2、 Installation quality inspection.

So the quality requirements for shelves have always been very high, and the testing standard for them is the shelf. Its vertical deviation cannot exceed ten millimeters, and the measurement height of each layer cannot have a deviation of ten millimeters. The center difference between adjacent shelf pieces is about 2mm. For the same column and the same good, the misalignment of shelf pieces cannot exceed five millimeters.

　　3、 Manufacturing quality inspection.

　　Manufacturing quality inspection means that when customizing shelves, the main material used is a column of imported CNC machine tools, and its front and rear holes must maintain an error of about 2mm. At full load, the tile degree outside the column should be less than 1000, and the rigidity and strength of the shelf should comply with industry standards. The shelf welding process should also comply with national standards, and there should be no phenomenon of detachment or virtual welding. And each welding part should have manual removal of some welding slag.

　　4、 Surface technology.

　　After all the shelves have undergone the first three inspections, the fourth part is the surface technology inspection, which mainly examines the surface cleanliness, rust removal, and paint density of some shelves. If they are all of very high quality, they can enter the market through inspection.
