Precautions for installation details of platform shelf

　　1、 Lighting is an essential equipment for the platform. During installation, adjust the lighting position to avoid leaving a dead lighting corner. If the lighting position cannot cover the platform, the installer needs to manually adjust the lighting position. All shelves shall be installed after the platform is installed.

　　2、 Stairs. In order to facilitate the installation of the platform, the cost of installation time can be reduced by installing stairs first. It is recommended to install mobile stairs first. The stair shall be fixed by welding, and the platform shall be installed to avoid deviation of passage distance. The stair cannot be installed normally.

　　3、 Laminated shelves on the. The platform will not be stored separately. Generally, in a warehousing environment, the upper layer of the platform will be equipped with laminated shelves. The installation of laminated shelves can only be carried out after the planking is completed.

　　4、 Structure positioning. The positioning of the platform is basic and needs to be carried out step by step. The structural positioning shall be left blank according to the actual situation. It is similar to the through shelf. The column is installed first, and then the beam is spliced. Or alternatively a column and a beam.

　　5、 Chemical bolts are stable. After the installation of columns and beams, chemical bolts shall be used for drilling immediately. After chemical bolt drilling, wait about 10 minutes before installing the parts of the platform.

　　6、 Planking installation. The installation of planking is relatively easy. After installation, multi-point welding is required to ensure that the laminate will not produce friction or movement sound after extrusion. The installation personnel need to constantly debug.

　　7、 Bottom part installation. The installation of the bottom parts is usually carried out after the completion of the overall structure, or it can be adjusted by itself.
