wire shelf custom. What items are strictly prohibited from being stored around the warehouse shelves

Due to the special materials used in the production of warehouse shelves, companies often stipulate that special items cannot be stored around or in order to prevent damage to the shelves. So what things can cause significant damage to warehouse shelves? Let me tell you below.

　　1. When using a forklift to access goods, staff must be careful to maintain the distance between the pallet and the shelf pillars, and avoid collision with the shelves, as this can easily damage the pillars of the shelves. When the operator places the tray on the shelf, they must pay attention to the distance between the tray and the edges on both sides to avoid tilting the shelf due to uneven force.

　　2. Corrosive products must never appear around the shelves, as such items can cause damage to the shelves. If not detected in a timely manner, it is very likely to cause the shelves to collapse, which will bring very serious consequences to the company and enterprise. At the same time, water cannot appear around the shelves, and rusting will greatly reduce the lifespan of the shelves.

When goods are stored on the 3rd gear rack, operations around the rack that may cause significant vibration should not be carried out. Because vibration is likely to cause products on the shelves to fall off.

When storing items, the staff must place them in the middle of the shelf to better prevent products from falling off the shelf and injuring workers.
