white wire shelving unit manufacturer. How to take moisture-proof measures for warehouse equipment and prevent shelf moisture oxidation

Everyone knows that it is rainy and humid, so it is very important for our warehouse to take good moisture-proof measures. A humid environment can accelerate the oxidation of shelves, which can lead to rusting of warehouse shelves and shorten their lifespan. So what are the good measures for moisture-proof and how to effectively prevent the impact of moisture on shelves? Let me analyze them for you.

　　1. It is necessary to strictly select the geographical location of the warehouse. To avoid dampness, enterprises should try to choose places with higher elevations and open environments when selecting the warehouse location, which can also facilitate ventilation and treatment of the warehouse in the future.

　　2. In humid weather conditions, it is important to maintain ventilation and dryness in the warehouse, and not leave the warehouse in a humid condition for a long time. This can also greatly reduce the occurrence of oxidation on the shelves.

　　3. Warehouse management personnel should arrange fixed personnel to inspect the warehouse shelves at regular intervals to observe if there is any paint peeling off. The paint on the shelves serves to prevent oxidation of the shelves, and if any paint peeling occurs, the problem must be promptly resolved. At the same time, there should be no water accumulation or other items that can easily cause rusting around the shelves.
