flow rack.slim shelf for small places

Compared to ordinary pallet shelves, gravity shelves do not require operating channels, thus increasing space utilization by 60%; The tray operation follows the principle of first in, first out; Automatic storage and rotation; The separation of storage and picking greatly increases the output, as it is due to self gravity that causes the goods to slide and there is no operating channel, reducing the number of transportation routes and forklifts. On each layer of the aisle of the shelves, guide rails with a certain slope and tracks are installed. Under the action of gravity, the incoming unit goods flow from the incoming end to the outgoing end. This type of warehouse has no operation channels between rows, greatly improving the utilization rate of warehouse area. But when using, it is best to have the same row of goods on the same layer, which should be the same goods or goods that are both in and out at once. Adjustable height, equipped with various models of forklifts or stackers, can achieve quick access to various pallets. The maximum load capacity of a unit cargo compartment can reach 5000kg, making it the most commonly used storage method in various industries.
