Forklifts can be considered a very common warehousing equipment in warehouse operations, and there are also many precautions that employees need to pay attention to when using forklifts. When using a forklift, one thing is to operate according to regulations, and the other is to be careful not to collide with storage shelves. Below, let me take you to understand the impact of a forklift shelf collision.

In many warehouses, forklifts are used frequently, and usually we have certain requirements for employees who use forklifts, such as how many years of experience it takes to operate forklifts. Forklifts are large mechanical equipment that are quite bulky and inconvenient to operate. We often find that some employees may accidentally hit the shelves when using forklifts. On the shelves, a large amount of goods are usually stored. If a forklift collides seriously with the shelves, it is likely to drop the goods on the shelves and cause certain losses to the goods. Collision with the shelves can also cause damage to the shelves, affecting their use.

We can find ways to avoid accidents from two aspects: one is to improve the technical level of employees, and when using forklift equipment, we must be careful and avoid hitting the shelves as much as possible. Another way is to do a good job in shelf protection and daily maintenance. When installing shelves, installing guardrails around the shelves can effectively prevent forklifts from hitting the shelves.
