Customers in the logistics industry will definitely know that shelf manufacturers usually emphasize requiring customers to cooperate with designers when designing shelves for customers, which can save a lot of unnecessary work. So why on earth should we emphasize the need for enterprises to cooperate well with shelf manufacturers? Let me explore the reasons for this.

There are many types of shelves, and one reason why customers are required to actively cooperate is to help customers choose suitable storage shelves. The main function of warehousing is to store some products, so the most important thing for customers is the storage capacity of the shelves. Choosing the appropriate shelves based on the type of goods can maximize the effectiveness of the shelves. On the contrary, if the selected shelf is not suitable for storing goods in the warehouse, it will not only be inconvenient for later work, but also cause huge waste in cost.

In addition to requiring cooperation from enterprises in the selection of shelves, customers also need to provide relevant data on shelf size and layout. Because shelves are mainly used to store products, in order to maximize the use of space, we need to design the size of the shelves based on the size of the goods. Simply put, for example, if our warehouse stores some relatively long cylindrical goods, we can choose cantilever shelves. If we store some barrel shaped products, we can choose to use some accessories to make storage easier.
