What details should I pay attention to when designing storage shelves?

　　(1) The amount of entry and exit (advanced first -out | access frequency | access quantity)

Although some forms of storage shelves are very good storage relative density, the amount of in -and -exit libraries is not high, and it is suitable for low -frequency work. High access to and in and out is a very critical statistical data.

　　(2) Transportation equipment (balanced block | cross -column | total width of safety channel | High width ratio | Pure weight | rotation half).

The design and specifications of the storage objects are related to the selection of the specifications of the storage shelves, and the net weight of the storage objects immediately harms the storage shelves of which kind of compressive strength. The storage enterprises should be stored in which enterprises to store, dragging plates (wooden stack boards) or storage cages or categories have different storage shelves.

　　(3) The specifications and models of the shelves

The design and specifications of the storage objects are related to the selection of the specifications of the storage shelves, and the net weight of the storage objects immediately harms the storage shelves of which kind of compressive strength. The pressure resistance of the wooden floor is also related to the design concept and installation of the storage shelves. Another must consider the installation site of fire safety equipment and lighting equipment.

　　(4) The shape and size of the storage shelves

The shape and size of the storage items directly affect the selection of the shelves specifications, and the weight of the storage items directly affects the shelf of which intensity. What kind of units are stored in the storage unit, the tray (stack board) or warehousing cage or single items have different shelf selection types. In addition, the number of total storage positions must be considered in the next two years of the company's growth needs. These data can be obtained through the analysis of the storage system, or we can also ask us to give some professional suggestions to the shelves before the design. .

　　(5) Accessability (advanced first -out | storage density | storage management)

Generally, accessability to the storage density corresponds to each other. In other words, in order to obtain higher storage density, it is necessary to relative to the availability of sacrifice items. Although some types of plate frames can get better storage space, they are relatively complicated in storage management and usually cannot achieve advanced control. It is best to develop a three -dimensional automatic warehouse. The storage and storage relative density is better, but the relatively expensive operating cost is more expensive. Therefore, which form of storage equipment is used, it is good for the factors that are not bad, and it is the use of this countermeasure. Compared with the comparison of various types of storage equipment access and storage relative density, we can contact our customer service to give you a satisfactory answer.
