The functions of shuttle racks that you are not aware of.18 x 36 chrome wire shelf

As long as we talk about automated storage shelves, we believe that the first thing that comes to mind is the automated three-dimensional warehouse and shuttle truck shelves, both of which are very typical storage shelves that can be automated. And today, what the editor wants to take you through is the shuttle truck shelf. This shelf actually has many functions that everyone is not familiar with. Let's analyze it together.

Although shuttle car shelves are automated shelves like automated stereoscopic libraries, in fact, this shelf is not as functional as a stereoscopic library. In terms of structure, shuttle car racks are much simpler than three-dimensional warehouses. In addition to the shelves used for storing goods, there are also shuttle cars and some equipment responsible for transporting heavy goods. The main working mode of shuttle truck shelves is that the shuttle truck is responsible for the storage and retrieval of goods inside the shelves, and then equipment such as forklifts are responsible for the transportation of external goods, which greatly reduces the difficulty of work.

Although ordinary shelves can also improve space utilization, the space that can be improved is very limited because it also needs to consider the work of workers and the form of forklifts. Shuttle truck shelves use densely stored shelves due to work methods, which can maximize the storage capacity of the warehouse without any impact on work. This is where shuttle truck shelves have more advantages than regular shelves.
