　　1. Improve work efficiency:

　　Delivery and selection of alleyway separation will not affect each other. Delivery and picking walking distance decreased by 40%to 70%;

　　2. The principle that meets the advanced first (FIFO):

　　The first materials on the shelves were taken out first to help determine quality problems, ensure that each link in the production process is not passed, and does not accumulate to help control the shipping time;

　　3. Save ground area:

　　Reduce unnecessary alleyway, saving the ground area of 30%;

　　4. Conform to human -machine engineering:

　　The material is automatically slipped to a reasonable position, the choice action is simpler and easier, reducing fatigue caused by long -term operation

　　The sliding shelves are equipped with a flow bar, that is, the sliding rail. The cargo can achieve automatic material sliding by the slidingness and inclinedness of the sliding rail and its own gravity. The cargo automatically declines with the help of gravity. It uses one side of the channel to invent and pick up the goods on the other side.

　　The use of slippery shelf storage materials can save the efficiency of manpower and materials, help improve work efficiency, and accelerate the working speed of the production of assembly lines. The shelves are tilted downward at the direction of shipping, and the goods slide downward under the action of gravity. The advanced outlets of the goods are achieved. It is convenient for access.
