　　1. The goods must be stacked according to the "five distance principle" and safely stacked according to the packaging instructions. The goods should be placed in a classified, neat, stable, and height limited manner.

　　2. Fencing and warning signs should be set up for goods with poor stability of packaging materials, goods with sharp diamond corners, and stacked and high goods.

　　3. Prohibit goods from blocking fire facilities and fire exits.

　　4. To prevent termites, the warehouse shall carry out termite control inspection and disinfection and sterilization regularly. All staff of the warehouse shall carry out termite inspection on incoming and outgoing goods. It is strictly prohibited to carry out termite inspection on incoming and outgoing goods.

　　5. Effectively carry out anti-theft work in the warehouse area, ensure that the doors and windows of the warehouse are securely fastened and effective, prevent unrelated personnel from entering the warehouse, adopt a registration system for operators or other inspectors entering the warehouse, and warehouse management personnel must lock the warehouse door when leaving the warehouse. The warehouse door is not allowed to be handed over to others for safekeeping.

　　Before the arrival of the rainy and typhoon seasons, check whether the warehouse doors and windows are tight, whether there are leaks on the walls and roofs, and promptly handle any problems found. Prepare wind and flood prevention tools such as ropes and tarpaulins in the warehouse area. At the same time, pay close attention to the weather forecast. If a typhoon strikes, arrange personnel to patrol and watch, and report any danger at any time and organize emergency rescue to ensure the safety of personnel and property in the warehouse.
