Precautions for use of heavy shelves

Heavy duty shelves are indispensable equipment for cargo classification and storage. Now there are many kinds of heavy shelves, including storage shelves and commodity shelves. No matter what kind of shelves, we need to follow certain principles when placing goods. Next, let's learn about the precautions for the use of heavy shelves:

　　1. The goods on heavy shelves shall be placed according to the principle of low weight, high weight and light weight, that is, heavy goods shall be placed at the bottom and light goods shall be placed at the top to avoid safety accidents caused by heavy instability. However, it is usually allowed to place goods of the same weight as the top layer in the middle and lower layers.

　　2. When goods are placed on heavy shelves, if the beam is deformed, it should be removed in time and replaced with a new beam to avoid the collapse of shelves caused by beam quality problems.

　　3. When placing the goods, the time for taking out the goods shall be considered to avoid increasing the time cost due to the influence on taking out and placing the goods.

　　4. When placing goods, the load bearing of heavy shelves should also be considered to avoid overloading, which will not only affect the service life of shelves, but also lead to safety accidents. Therefore, more attention must be paid.
