Precautions during the use of heavy-duty shelves.white metal garage shelving

As a commonly used and practical type of storage rack, what aspects should be paid attention to when using heavy-duty shelves?

　　1. When using heavy-duty shelves, it is important to avoid top to bottom weight: the principle of placing light goods at the top and heavy goods at the bottom should be followed.

　　2. Heavy shelves should be used to prevent overloading: The weight of each layer of goods stored should not exceed the maximum capacity designed for the shelves.

　　3. When using heavy-duty shelves, it is necessary to prevent excessive height and width: the height and width of the shelves have been restricted, and the dimensions of the pallet and goods should be slightly less than the clear space by 100mm.

　　4. The use of heavy-duty shelves should be collision proof: Forklifts should be handled as gently as possible during operation.

　　5. When using heavy-duty shelves with goods placed above them, operators should try not to directly enter the bottom of the shelves.

　　6. When using heavy-duty shelves, it is important to prevent non-standard pallets from being used on the shelves, with a Chuanzi bottom being the most suitable.

When using heavy-duty shelves, when the height of the goods exceeds eight meters, a special attention should be paid to the need for corresponding loading and unloading machinery. Due to the large total required channel area, the storage density is smaller than other systems.
