How to determine the customized load bearing of warehouse shelves?

　　1. Material:

The materials produced by the shelves in the warehouse are all steel raw materials, so the design of the shelves is an important part of the shelf load performance. Although the appearance and standard of the two shelves look identical now, due to the different processing methods of steel materials selected for production, the connection methods of layer weight are also different.

　　2. Standards for shelf components:

The shelf scale standards not formulated will also affect the performance of the laminate bearing capacity. The column and laminate of the storage shelf are the supporting points of the whole shelf, so the thickness is a key element. For large warehouses with high requirements for reservoir carrying capacity, the reservoir safety factor can be improved by increasing the reservoir carrying capacity.

　　3. Planning Skills:

With the development of the application of warehouse shelves in logistics, the development and innovation of new types of shelves have also begun in the planning of warehouse shelves. With the use of new standards and material selection processing, shelves with larger load can be manufactured.
