A fluent rack is the abbreviation of fluent shelves, and it is a name that is gradually formed during use. The biggest feature of fluent racks is that it has a streamlined bar. At the same time, the shelves present a certain slope, so that the goods can use the self -weight of the cargo during the decline and improve the efficiency of work.

　　1. Place the goods on the fluent bar, use one side of the channel inventory, and pick up the goods on the other side. The rack is tilted downward in the direction of shipping, and the goods slide downward under the action of gravity.

　　2. It can achieve advanced first, and can achieve one replenishment at a time, multiple picking, high storage efficiency.

　　3. Suitable for short -term storage and selection of a large amount of goods. Widely used in distribution centers, assembly workshops, and warehouses with high frequency of shipments.

　　4. The load -bearing capacity per layer is 100-500kg.

Fluent racks are usually evolved from medium -sized beam shelves. The goods are transported from the distribution end to the pickup terminal through rolling roads. The cargo automatically declines with the help of gravity. The density is high. Set up roller -type aluminum alloy or sheet metal fluid bars between the front and rear beams of the shelf, and place a certain slope (about 3 °).
