Cylindrical warehouse.over door wire storage rack

Generally, it stores gases such as bulk cement, dry ore slag, fly ash, bulk grain, petroleum, and gas. The architectural design of a cylindrical warehouse is determined based on the type of stored items and the method of loading and unloading. The top, walls, and bottom of the warehouse must be waterproof and moisture-proof, and a vacuum device should be installed on the top of the warehouse. For the convenience of daily maintenance, it is necessary to set up lifting holes, manholes (with ladder on the warehouse wall), measuring holes, and lifting hooks. Cylindrical warehouses are generally constructed using cast-in-place prestressed reinforced concrete structures and sliding formwork methods. The oil and gas storage tanks are made of metal structures. Attention should be paid to the ventilation of the warehouse. Louvers should be installed on the exterior walls of each floor of the warehouse, and metal mesh should be added outside the louvers to prevent birds from flying. Dangerous goods warehouses, such as those storing oil (gas) or chemical raw materials, must be heat-resistant and moisture-proof, with an insulation layer added to the roof or designed according to explosion-proof roof. Fire barriers should be installed at the entrances and exits, and materials that do not generate sparks should be used on the ground. Generally, asphalt flooring can be used. Oil storage tanks should be equipped with oil collection pits. Food warehouses should be protected from ants and bees.
