Classification of storage shelf systems

　　(1) According to whether the shelves are fixed or mobile, they can be divided into

　　1. Fixed shelving Fixed shelving can be divided into shelf type shelving, tray type shelving, through type shelving, gravity type shelving, push in type shelving, attic type shelving, steel structure platform, cantilever type shelving, mobile shelving, drawer type shelving, bracket type shelving, etc.

　　(2) According to whether the overall structure of the shelves is welded or assembled, they can be divided into 1. Welded shelves 2. Assembled shelves Currently, most of the shelves in China use assembled shelves.

　　(3) According to the connection between the shelving system and the warehouse building structure, it can be divided into 1. The shelving system and the building roof form an inseparable whole. The shelving columns directly support the roof load, and the building's enclosure (wall) structure is installed on both sides of the columns. 2. The separated structural shelving system and the building are two separate systems without direct connection to each other.

　　(4) The load capacity of each layer of the unit shelf can be roughly divided into 1. Lightweight shelves: the load capacity of each layer is not more than 200kg. 2. Medium size shelves: Each layer has a load capacity of 200-500kg. 3. Heavy duty shelves: Each layer has a load capacity of over 500kg.

　　(5) According to the height of the shelves, they can be divided into 1. Low level shelves: with a height of less than 5m. 2. High level shelves: with a height of 5-12m. 3. Super high shelves: above 12m.
