18 x 36 chrome wire shelf. What important role does the shuttle car play in the shuttle car shelf

The shuttle truck rack, like its name, is a storage rack that relies on shuttle trucks for work. Its function, like other racks, is to store products and goods in the warehouse. However, the working mode of the shuttle truck rack is different. It is more of a semi-automatic storage rack that can be accessed and stored automatically by the shuttle truck.

The shuttle car is the most core component of the entire shuttle car shelf and cannot be replaced, which is closely related to the powerful functions of the shuttle car itself. The shuttle truck itself is capable of automated work, which is one of the reasons why the shuttle truck rack is called a semi-automatic rack. Staff use forklifts to place the shuttle truck on the layer they want to pick up goods, and then the shuttle truck will automatically enter the rack for picking up. Moreover, the shuttle also has a judgment function, which can automatically detect whether there are obstacles ahead. If there are obstacles, it will automatically stop, further ensuring the integrity of the goods.

At present, shuttle truck shelves are mainly used in enterprise warehouses with a wide variety of products and a large number. If these enterprise warehouses use manual operations, they often require a lot of labor costs. In order to reduce enterprise costs and losses, many enterprises will choose to use shuttle truck shelves.
