In response to these three aspects, we adopt advanced production processes and equipment, improve various environmental protection measures, and reduce the impact on the environment;

The raw material for the shelves is metal, and before surface electrostatic spraying, pre-treatment of the material surface is required to remove oil stains and rust, which will generate production wastewater. The raw materials used for pre-treatment are very particular, and many peers usually choose phosphates with higher heavy metals for cheaper prices. However, Baodelong chooses more environmentally friendly silane materials. Although they are expensive, they do not contain heavy metals or sediment, Has minimal impact on the environment; Despite the small amount of cleaning wastewater generated, we have invested heavily in purchasing a complete set of wastewater treatment equipment, layer by layer, to ensure compliance with discharge standards;

　　6. During the shot blasting process, when selecting equipment, we install an additional dust removal device to achieve dust-free emissions. For the small amount of smoke and dust generated during the high-temperature solidification process, we collect them by suction and purchase dust removal equipment. The air is filtered and purified through activated carbon to fully meet the emission standards;

　　7. The small amount of solid waste (waste engine oil, waste activated carbon) generated during the machining process is collected and stored separately. After reaching a certain amount, we entrust a qualified third-party organization recognized and designated by the environmental protection department to handle it fully;
